Assured Accommodation identifies customer needs

Working with loss adjusters and policy holders alike to ensure we have all the information needed to meet every policy holder’s accommodation needs.

STAGE 3
Accommodation type(s) confirmed and secured

Assured Accommodation will locate any accommodation type required from mobile homes to hotels, B&Bs and houses. If hotels are needed prior to securing longer term accommodation, this will be taken care of too.

STAGE 4
Accommodation cost agreed with loss adjuster

Allowing Assured Accommodation to make a firm booking and arrange occupation of accommodation solution.

STAGE 5
Policy holder moves into temporary accommodation

Assured Accommodation agrees move in date with all parties and remains on hand to offer any assistance throughout policy holder’s stay should the need arise.

STAGE 6
Invoicing, payment and letting term management

Assured Accommodation takes care of all billing and payment requirements with the loss adjuster and monitors accommodation requirements to the end of the term, leaving policy holders free to manage their day to day lives.

STAGE 7
Policy holders return to their home

Assured Accommodation manage the termination of any accommodation agreement and removal of caravans from policy holders properties and settle final account billing with loss adjusters leaving policy holders free to return to their home.
