Emergency accommodation in Mobile Homes

Mobile Homes can provide an ideal solution to temporary accommodation requirements for those families and individuals wishing to remain on their own property whilst home repairs are carried out. This can not only help to minimise disruptions to day to day routines, but also allow for peace of mind of property security and contractor control whilst works continue. Mobile homes therefore often lead to less emotional dislocation from day-today routines.

We are able to offer a choice of new or pre-owned mobile homes, with the option of 2,3 or 4 bedrooms in a variety of configurations and specifications to suit all clients’ needs – whether they are single occupants or whole families with their pets.

All mobile homes we can source and supply will offer the essential modern day utilities and luxuries to ensure the policyholder’s stay is as comfortable as possible, and will be delivered to them in a matter of days from receipt of confirmation.

If space on a driveway is an issue, we are also able to provide smaller touring caravans, which still have most of the features of a static caravan, but in a more compact size.

Benefits of our temporary accommodation in mobile homes include:

  • Buy backs offer security of no added costs in the event of the home being required for a longer period than initially anticipated.
  • Policyholders are on hand to supervise repairs to their house
  • Avoids the need to live with family, friends or neighbours
  • Allows policyholders to maintain their normal lifestyle and regular schedules, especially with children of school age
  • Deters vandalism to the property
  • Pets are allowed, dispensing with the need for additional expenditure for kennels and catteries

How does it work?

Upon instruction to supply a mobile home, our approved supplier of mobile homes will mobilise a fully trained and certified team to:

  • Carry out an initial site survey to assess access and practical requirements for the size and type of home available for a customer’s property
  • Allocate the most suitable mobile home for the property and occupiers’ circumstances
  • Confirm a convenient delivery date and time
  • Deliver on schedule and install to electric, grey waste and gas connections (subject to access to waste services). Testing will also be carried out by certified engineers (where applicable)
  • Provide full after-sales support for the duration of mobile home occupancy
